I had this up before, I decided I wanted to post it again. :3

Just Simba and Nala doing the popular "Pleeeease", from the movie. :D This was done in Illustrator for Computor Graphics class homework last semester. Used the pen tool(*) and pencil tool (to detail a bit) to make this. The original photo can be found online I guess, I don't have it in my file's anymore. It was used a template.

(*) For those that don't know (or those ignorant enough to say I traced) The pen tool cannot be dragged across a line to copy it. The tool can only make points and strait zig zags that can be pulled into the shape of choice. So basically this piece is like a big puzzle. There are around 30 layers to it. ^_^

Thank you! :D
Yah I know! XD But the teacher got the original files so he could see everything I did. The assignment was to mainly use the pen tool, made an A though! ^^

awsome work! i love the pen tool in illustrator, its much easier to work with than the one in photoshop. not sure why...

anyway, i like the detail. i illustrated some pokemon in the same fashion for MY graphics class...they are in my gallery if you would like to see...

Thank you! :D
I like it too. It was hard to use at first (especially with a mouse), never could get it into the shape I wanted, but then I learned to love it. ^^

Very cool, I will have to check them out! :)

Excellent work! I was always horrible with the pen tool ... so I admire how great this picture turned out. :D
Thank you very much! I must admit I used a tablet to do this one, the Lilo and Stitch(not in gallery) piece was done with a mouse...it looked horrible. XD
